This is the map of Cap Craze. The list above shows every public page and every collection that currently has caps in it. Below, you will find a plain-language guide to how the store is organised, what each help and policy page covers, and the shortest route to the things people most often come looking for. If you cannot find something, email support@capcraze.shop and we will point you to it; we reply within 24 hours on business days.

1. How the shop is organised

Cap Craze sells one thing: custom hats. Every product lives in two kinds of collection at once. The first is the style: what the cap is (trucker, baseball, golf or beanie). The second is the reason you are buying: for a crew, for a family member or for a hobby. So the Gone Fishing Trucker Hat appears both in Trucker Hats and in Hobby & Fun Caps, and the Logo Cuff Beanie appears in Beanies and in Crew & Logo Caps. Start from whichever way you think.

Collections appear in the list at the top of this page only when they have caps in them, so the map always matches what you can actually buy.

2. On every product page

Each cap has its own page with the price, the colour options (and sizes where offered), a description of the shape, closure and design, and how much text fits. The personalisation note above the Add to cart button reminds you how to add your text (Order notes at checkout) and how to send a logo or photo (reply to your order confirmation email). Below the description, related caps help you compare styles.

“I want to buy a cap with a name on it.”

Pick a style from Name & Family Caps, choose colour and size, add to cart and type the name in Order notes at checkout.

“I need caps for my crew with our logo.”

Go to Crew & Logo Caps, add each style and quantity, check out, then reply to the confirmation email with your logo.

“I made a typo.”

Within 24 hours of ordering, email us the correction; see Cancel or Change an Order.

“My cap does not fit.”

Read the Size Guide, then request an exchange within 60 days on the Returns & Exchanges page.

“Where is my parcel?”

Use Order Tracking; if it is late, email us with your order number.

“When will I get my money back?”

Within 7 days of us receiving your return; details in the Refund Policy.

“I am buying a gift for a golfer.”

Look at Golf Caps: the hole-in-one cap, the Mulligan Club cap and the rope cap with initials are easy choices.

6. Your account pages

If you create an account, My account shows your past orders and saved addresses. The cart and checkout pages are used during ordering. These pages are personal to you and are not listed in the map above, because they only make sense when you are logged in or shopping.

7. Pages we do not have (and why)

• No reviews page: reviews will only appear from verified buyers, on product pages.
• No promo code page: we do not currently run public discount codes.
• No blog yet: our guides live in the Help Center, FAQs and Size Guide.
• No social media links: we support customers by email only.

8. Searching the store

The search icon in the header searches product names and descriptions. Short searches work best: try “trucker”, “golf”, “beanie”, “logo”, “youth”, “fishing” or “name”. If a search returns nothing, try the style collections instead, or email us what you are looking for.

9. Accessibility of this site

Every page has one main heading, clear section headings and text links rather than images of text, so it works with screen readers and keyboard navigation. If any page is hard to use, tell us which one and what happened, and we will help you by email and fix the problem.

Here is the full lineup with a one-line description of each cap, so you can jump straight to the one you want.

Trucker hats

• Bold Block Name Trucker Hat: A classic high-crown trucker hat with one name in tall, heavy block letters across the foam front. Adult and youth sizes.
• Your Logo Foam Trucker Hat: A structured foam-front trucker that puts your business, team or club logo front and centre. Send the file after ordering.
• Low-Profile Initials Trucker Hat: A lower, softer trucker crown with two or three initials set small in a tidy monogram. For people who find classic truckers too tall.
• Retro Sunset Stripe Trucker Hat with Name: Three warm sunset stripes sweep across the front with your name in a seventies-style script. Lake days, road trips, summer.
• Gone Fishing Trucker Hat with Name: A line-drawn bass leaping over a name, on a breathable trucker made for long days on the water.
• Established Year Trucker Hat: A badge-style “EST.” design with a name or title and a year. New dads, newlyweds, birthdays and business anniversaries.
• Patch-Style Business Name Trucker Hat: A rectangular patch-look panel with your business name and one short line, like a phone number or trade. Built for work trucks.
• Grill Boss Trucker Hat with Name: Crossed spatula and tongs over the words GRILL BOSS and a name. Black front, white mesh, one colourway.
• Mountain Line Camp Trucker Hat: A single-line mountain range with a small tent and your camp name or trail. For campers, hikers and RV families.

Baseball caps

• Script Name Dad Hat: A soft, unstructured cotton dad hat with one name in a small handwritten script. Adult and youth sizes.
• Side Initials Corner Dad Hat: A plain-front dad hat with tiny initials placed on the left side panel. Minimal, personal and easy to wear anywhere.
• Structured Six-Panel Logo Cap: A firm, mid-profile six-panel baseball cap that keeps your logo flat and sharp. For staff, teams and clubs.
• Dad Est. Year Baseball Cap: A straight-across “DAD” with a small “est.” year beneath, on a soft cotton cap. Swap DAD for PAPA, POPS or GRANDPA.
• Corduroy Name Cap: A wide-wale corduroy baseball cap with a short name or word on the front. Warm texture for autumn and winter.
• Pet Parent Paw Cap with Pet Name: A small paw print with DOG MOM, DOG DAD, CAT MOM or CAT DAD and your pet’s name. Soft cotton dad hat.
• Washed Vintage Cap with Your Slogan: A garment-washed cap with a faded, broken-in look and your own short slogan in distressed lettering.
